Paula Carney, CSA

Paula has worked in management and senior care for over 30 years. She is a Certified Senior Advisor. To be a CSA, she had to pass a rigorous exam and uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of seniors.

Her background includes Private Duty Home Health, Medicare Home Health, Geriatric Care Management, Senior Housing, Regional Director, Sales & Training Specialist. Paula started fundraising as a child, which led to her work on multiple Board of Directors, for several local non-profits over the past 20 years, including All Faiths Food Bank (Past President), American Cancer Society (Secretary), Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, Loveland Center (Serving Developmentally Disabled Adults), and more.

Her passion is finding a gap in services and creating a niche’ to fill that need. She possesses the power of gentle persuasion, the ability to talk through issues and narrow down choices, providing the best possible options for her clients, through her vast resources and referral connections.
