Dee has been a registered nurse since 1974, receiving her BSN from Immaculata University in 1998, and a MSN in Executive Leadership with a Minor in Nursing Education from Wilmington University in 2002.

She provided interdisciplinary education to include: survey preparation, documentation, RAI/MDS, and Quality Measures/Quality Indicators. Additionally, she worked extensively with the long term care initiative of Cultural Transformation.
After moving to Florida, she has been working with the Long Term Care Insurance business, completing functional and cognitive assessments to facilitate clients in receiving benefits. “I’ve worked in many areas of nursing since becoming and RN in 1974, and deeply value the life experience I have obtained.
I was ‘pushed’ into the world of long term care in 1989, and never left. I love the population, and even in retirement, plan to be active in facilitating a successful life transition for the elders here in Florida. I know I have the experience and skill-set to have a positive impact through providing pertinent education for the caregivers of this population.”
